About English pronunciation

I want to work on Grammar. Because I don't have enough abroad experience and also am not good at speaking. So I think Grammar is good for me.
I say I'm not good at speaing one more. So my pronunciation is not good. Someone of us told me my pronunciation is heard like Italian. But if I will not teach speaking, my pronunciation will not be a big problem. Because English will get diversity more and more. For example, South Korean Foreign Minister Ban Ki-moon has not very good pronunciation, but he can talk with everyone.



In the picture, the woman would be not good at Korean pronunciation like a real Korean, but we can understand what she talk and don't look down her.
