What type of English teacher

I want to be a teacher since I was 10.

I want to be teacher who can understand students.

Some students don't like English and so did I. But when I was 15, my English teacher teach told me why I must study English and gave me some interests about English.

I want to be like her.

Someone who can teach not only English but also why study English and give interests about English.
